Here’s my number one secret to ensure you go through the week with ease and minimal stress: dedicate some time to meal prepping ingredients for your weekly meals!

I’ve personally noticed a big difference in the weeks when I put in the effort on a Sunday afternoon compared to the ones when I resort to ordering takeout or getting food delivered haha. I’m personally not a fan of preparing full meals in advance because I enjoy fresh dishes.

However, this recipe is an amazing example of a healthy and delicious dinner I made in LESS than 10 minutes with meal prepped ingredients!
