メアリー・マッカートニーさんのインスタグラム写真 - (メアリー・マッカートニーInstagram)「APPLE WEDGES WITH CARAMEL DIPPING SAUCE With the kids on half term and the weather getting colder, it’s the perfect time for this delicious sweet treat x Mary SERVES 6 INGREDIENTS For the caramel dipping sauce: 200ml agave syrup 400ml plant based cream 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon For the apple wedges: 4 apples wooden skewers For dipping METHOD To make the caramel sauce, heat the agave syrup in a medium saucepan. Bring it to a gentle bubble and then simmer for about 4 minutes then take it off the heat. Be aware not to let it bubble too vigorously as you don’t want it to burn. Stir in the cinnamon and cream and brig to a gentle simmer for another minute or two, stirring constantly. Then turn off the heat and pot it to a set of hole and set it aside to allow it to cool while you prep the apples. Cut the apples into six wedges and cut away any core. Stick wooden skewers into the tops of the apple pieces. Now they’re ready to dip into the sauce.」10月20日 0時33分
