アーモンドミルクとココナッツミルクを半々にして寒天を溶かした。塩も入れていわゆる「塩ミルク寒天」のプラントベース版。はちみつでさっと煮た「ふじりんご」と、黒みつで食べました。

I wonder if agar is an ingredient unique to Asia. Recently, I have heard that it is used as a plant-derived gelatin among vegans in Europe and the United States, but I wonder how it is. This is agar jelly made with almond milk and coconut milk.
