🪩✨ Denzil Forrester in his Cornish studio talking about his 'nightclub paintings' which he made while frequenting London's nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.

Forrester recalls producing up to 50 drawings per evening to the timings of the music. 'You can sense and feel the energy travelling through your body. It's almost like dancing on the paper, but drawing.'

#DenzilForrester's 'Cottage Lover' 1997 is on display @tatestives, in 'Modern Art and St Ives'.
