#DinnerOutfit 🖤 & before you ask how I can wear a crop top without getting bloated after dinner …

1. I take digestive enzymes before leaving the house

2. Stop eating when full - this takes practice but I find that sharing plates allows me to feel satisfied because I get to try more foods in smaller portions and also don’t feel like it’s my responsibility to ‘clean the plate’. If you’re Hispanic you probably know we could NOT leave the table until every grain of rice was eaten so this takes some unlearning 😆

3. Please don’t mistake number 2 ⬆️ for ‘not eating’. Eat whatever you want but no one likes to be uncomfortably full and it’s easy to do when you dine out so it’s a way to help keep you in control before you hit that point!

4. Arguably the most important - stop stressing! This made the greatest impact in my life and has allowed me to eat and drink like a normal human being and maintain my body over the years.

PS - really hoping this wide leg trouser vibe sticks around because I could do without ever wearing skinny jeans again 🤷🏻‍♀️
