Had some roast red chicory and a little bit of pork belly left from dinner the other night, so reheated the chicory with a jar of @boldbeanco butter beans and a splosh of Fino sherry, cut the pork belly into lardon-like pieces and dusted them with smoked paprika before crisping them in up in the air fryer, then stirred them into the beans and chicory. Just gorgeous. My favourite sort of cooking!
