My 28th world cup winning was bit unusual ?? I was leading up to the final round with @janja_garnbret I finished qualification and semi-final well. However, it started to rain before the final and it was getting heavier as I was climbing. I had to focus hard on every move to prevent my foot and hand from slipping off, but I couldn’t avoid it after the big roof and my foot slipped..? Janja also struggled and her hand slipped off at the same spot as me. Actually I didn’t even know if it was possible to appeal about the rain, because normally in Korea they always keep on going after they start the final, regardless of the weather. ? At the end, however, the Final in Wujang was canceled and Janja and I took the first place counting the semi final result. Two winners on the podium is rare since the rule change, but it happened.. also I feel sorry for @jessy_pilz and @noguchi_akiyo who would’ve done great in the final... Nonetheless, a good news is that we have one more worldcup on this weekend in Xiamen and I really hope that all climbers will make the best performance in the best weather! ?? - - 악천후로 인해 우장 월드컵 남녀 모두 결승 경기가 취소되었고, 결과적으로 준결승 성적으로 얀야와 공동 우승을 하게되었습니다. 결승루트를 등반하면서 비때문에 모든 동작들에 조심스러워야 했고, 등반시간도 평소보다 느렸고, 마지막에서 발이 미끄러져서 떨어지면서 아쉬움이 남았었는데... 늘 행운과는 거리가 멀었던 저한테도 이런 운 아닌 운이 찾아온게 조금은 당황스러우면서 신기하기도 하고, 예선과 준결승을 잘한게 너무나 다행이라는 생각도 드네요.. 솔직히 한국에서는 비가 오던 안오던, 홀드가 젖었던 안젖었던 언제나 선수의견은 조금도 반영하지 않고 항상 경기를 진행했왔었기 때문에 이런 상황이 어필이 될것이라고는 알지도 못했습니다. ? 저와 같은 위치에서 손이미끄러져서 떨어진 얀야 선수의 강력한 어필로 28번째 금메달을 이런 상황으로 받게될것이라고는 예상하지 못했는데.. 그래도 결과적으로 감사하고 행복합니다 ? 다가올 주말에 샤먼에서 있을 올시즌 마지막 월드컵에서는 좋은 날씨속에서 부디 더 멋진 등반을 할수 있기를!! ???? 정말 오랜만에 같이 포디움에 선 현빈이 @min_hyunbin 너무 축하하고, 첫월드컵 첫준결승 간 란이 @kimlan_o3o 완재도 @wanjae_jo 수고많았어 ☺️ - #스파이더 @spyder_korea #spyderlimitless #LG전자 @lgelectronics_kr #redbull @redbull #givesyouwings #lasportiva @lasportivagram #discoveryclimbinghold @discovery_icn #하늘병원 #하늘스포츠의학크리닉
