Tonight I was honoured to join David Wallace-Wells to discuss what we can all do as individuals to take action on climate change. David delivered a sobering and powerful talk about the realities of climate change and the many ways it is going to effect all of our lives in the future. His new book, The Uninhabitable Earth, is a difficult and anxiety inducing read but I implore every young person to consume it.
Life on earth as we know it, is going to change in every way imaginable and to add insult to injury, the onus appears to be on our generation to take action.

David highlighted tonight that the severity of the crisis in the future, will be dictated entirely by the action we take today. Scientists around the world are sounding the alarm bells, we have all the tools we need to create change, all that is missing is the political will. We must hold those in power responsible and we must fight for our right to inherit a liveable planet. There is hope and it lies in each of us. Greta Thunberg has proven what our generation is capable of. We simply can’t afford to sit around whilst our future is squandered. We need to do take action together.
