This was my Dad’s glove when he played ball. And then he passed it on to me and I used it forever. And then the baseball/softball gene skipped a generation and we fully embraced Sydney’s love of tennis. She’s missing tennis hard. But last week she asked if we’d teach her to catch with a glove. So this is me, with my Dad’s glove, playing catch with my kid, using her Dad’s childhood glove. I’m not sure this would’ve happened outside of a global pandemic, requiring us to stay home, but I’ll take it. #stayhomesavelives
