When I look at them I feel joy and warmth. I feel beautiful. Happy❤️but how can it be, I am the same person - how can I be beautiful and not at the same time? I always thought: ‘that’s just it - there are days I am pretty and days I am not’, and sure this belief is still true to some extent. But recently I realized smth - on all images I have ever loved - I felt wonderful, comfortable - myself, when they were taken. Yes, I am the constant denominator - same person looking through a still. But that is not all - the image is only partly me, there are other parts too - made of people - photographers, designers, makeup and hair artists, stylists. Everyone who was present and those who made it possible. A person who handed me water and smiled. Kind words exchanged. People who made me feel warm and welcomed - that’s whose beauty I see when I look at photographs I love of myself✨ this realization made me feel grateful. So so grateful.
