WAKE UP SHAKE UP ⚡️✨ some of my fav morning tings to get the hips moving and core activated. Try 1 round before your morning coffee 🥳
1. High Plank Hip Circles - 5 in each direction, switch to other leg.
2. Bent to straight leg sweep - 10 on each leg
3. Leg lifts from mod forearm plank - 10 reps each side
4. Glute bridge combo - 10x heels down/toes up, 10x whole foot down, 10x heels up/toes down
5. Head lifted circle crunch - 10 in each direction
6. Head lifted leg circles - 5 in each direction then change leg.
7. Down dog/bear hold/down dog/frogger - 10 full cycles through.
8. Single arm forearm plank - Hold for 5 seconds then switch side. 10 switches total *arm off the ground is pressing into your thigh.
