1. Hundreds with opp arm & leg - 10 pumps of hand then switch wide, repeat x10
2. Crunch to diamond toe tap - 10 reps
3. Side lying tricep press to leg lift - 10 reps on each side
4. Down dog to mod 90 degree abs - 10 reps each side
5. Frog press to extend to open - 10 reps
6. Forearm plank knee taps to high plank knee taps combo - 5 reps (1 rep = 10 low, 10 high taps) 😈
7. Forearm bear hover to dolphin - 10 reps
