In and out in 50 mins and my legs were jelloooo (you don’t need to spend hours in the gym)

WARMUP:
Slide 1- 3 sets of 1 min 30 sec stair master at level 12 (no hands) followed by 30 sec rest at level 5
.
SUPERSET (3 sets back to back)
Slide 2 - leg extension x 20 reps
Slide 3 - banded leg press x 15 reps
.
SUPERSET (3 sets back to back)
Slide 4 - Weighted Bulgarian split squat from 😈 as SLOW and controlled as possible x 15 reps each leg
Slide 5 - Hip abductor pulse x 25 reps with pause at open
.
SUPERSET (3 sets back to back)
Slide 6 - hip thrust x 20 reps (don’t come all the way down just let your glutes contract and release
Slide 7 - hip adductor x 20 reps
.
FINAL SET (1 set - break it up in as long as it takes to get the reps in)
Slide 8 - leg curl pulse x 50 reps keeping the tension
