Training isn’t always fun, I have learned that a long time ago, but learning to change my mindset to get it done and find the motivation makes me feel better in the end! 💪🏻
When I give up or give in or simply just never try/ start, I usually always feel worse or disappointed in myself.

Just like a lot of things in life you have to learn when you need to dig a bit deeper to find the motivation, but also when to listen to your body and know when to take a break. ☺️
