I was always self-conscious, worried and stressed thinking too much about what I look like, what others think about me, should I skip lunch so I look thinner, does this pose makes me look unattractive etc.. it was endless thought process and I didn’t know how to get out of it 🔥 Now I know that it’s possible to enjoy present moment fully and deeply.
