When exploration is part of your job, you go all in. Based in Denver, The North Face employees Kelli Williams (@kellifashion) and Jamiah Aguabella (@RadassBadass) head up our multicultural ACE Diversity committee and are both avid outdoor enthusiasts.

Jamiah is an Atlanta native who works on our VIPeak loyalty program and is a Vice-Chair of ACE Diversity. Prior to joining The North Face team, he held marketing roles at Uber, Edelman and Virgin Atlantic, seeking to connect his passion for marketing with an area that brings him happiness, joy and gratitude—the great outdoors. Now in his element, Jamiah finds solace in nature and believes that every day is a chance to experience our miraculous planet. In his words, “There’s something special about getting away from the noise of the world, and getting outside.”

@kellifashion is a San Francisco-native and Technical Developer for our Men’s Mountain Essentials and Plus Size product, as well as the leader of ACE Diversity. With a storied career in fashion and a passion for elevating Black presence within the industry, Kelli helped establish the group in 2018 and has worked closely with outdoor industry leaders and community organizers to focus on diversity and inclusion. In 2020 she received our prestigious Global Half Dome Award in recognition for her leadership within ACE Diversity in advocating, educating and creating community.
