At the start of every new year, I reflect on the previous year and what I’m calling in for the next.

2021, you were an interesting one…and chalk full of the unexpected:

- scuba certified ✅
- spent 2 months in Bali, writing & working with healers
- learned to surf (….I’m terrible)
- started developing a docuseries based on one of my favorite books with a dream team
- joined the team at @blackrockneuro
- hosted a weekly Clubhouse show featuring extraordinary people who shared their lessons for healing from trauma
- did a 10 day magical road trip through northern Italy
- hosted a Vice News special on breast cancer innovation
- celebrated the life and legacy of an incredible woman @tatcarrier
- hit my 2 year remission mark from breast cancer
- became an auntie to the cutest little bean ever
- decided to try out a new adventure in Austin
- found an adorable little home and signed a lease, sight unseen
- was invited to speak in Egypt (on my life list!)
- said yes to a spontaneous end-of-the-year adventure

These moments aside, 2021 was my year for healing, pleasure, and taking big chances across work and love.

2022 is my year for planting roots, making expansive choices, and living in a spirit of abundance and creativity.
