Unwillingness and/or inability to receive. Dependancy. Addiction.  Narrow-mindedness. Perfectionism.  Victim mentality. People pleasing. ...To name a few.  More space, more freedom, more fluidity lie within the truths that await in the shadows. The parts of us that are asked to be seen, heard, held, massaged, loosened, kneaded and loved hold deep wisdom and teachings.  Some ways to release this tension: - Take care of the body. Listen to it and generously respond to its asks. - Spend time with past to let it go. Shed light on the truths lying in the shadows to alchemize them into fuel for growth and transformation. Through journaling, therapy, coaching, ceremony, spirituality -- accessing tools that assists in the inquiry can help the process of breaking up the scar tissue to create more movement within our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spirit bodies. - Become intimate with the inner compass and allow it to lead the way over the minds illusions of wants and desires.   Surrender = Freedom  Though this journey is unique to each of us, and must be done ourselves, we don't have to do it alone.  We heal in community.
