HIP MOBILITY FOR TIGHT HIPS 👌🏼 Here are some of my favourite exercises…especially BEFORE my workouts so I feel warm and mobile enough for good quality lower body movement ☺️

▪️1. GLUTE FOLD + SLIDE
10 - 20 reps of each

▪️2. QUAD LUNGE + LEAN BACK
10 - 20 reps of each

▪️3. FORWARD FOLD TO LOW SQUAT
10 - 20 reps of each
(if you are working on improving ankle mobility, do it BEFORE you do your low squat mobility)

Start with a smaller range of motion for your first 5 reps then work deeper as your muscles & tendons warm up and release. Don’t rush, move slowy 🐢 #hipmobility #hipstretching #warmup
