Cottage cheese on pan toasted sourdough with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, & cracked black pepper 👀🍅🌱 absolutely!! Recipe below…

1. Toast your sourdough slice in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil on each side until golden brown.
2. Add 2 scoops of cottage cheese (I use @good_culture) and sprinkle fresh cracked black pepper on top.
3. Slice up your heirloom tomatoes and place ontop.
4. Chop some fresh basil to put ontop + black pepper.
5. Serve & ENJOY 😘
