"Kyo Sushi" was founded in the first year of the Meiji era in Kyobashi, Tokyo.
This is a half bowl of bonito and amberjack.
White rice and fresh sashimi are the source of my energy.

明治元年創業の東京、京橋にある「京すし」さん。
こちらは、カツオとカンパチのハーフ丼。
お酢の効いた白米と、新鮮なお刺身が元気の源です。
サクッと食べて帰るのが江戸っ子にはたまらない。
ごちそうさまでした。
