Crying is not weakness 🙏🏾

I came away from my conversation with @jordanfstephens with an entirely new outlook. We spoke about his grieving process after losing his grans, and talked in depth about the importance of crying and feeling every wave of emotion that comes your way. Being vulnerable is not a weakness. In fact, it can be your biggest strength.
