Grocery prices are insane right now 😵‍💫…so I wanted to start this series to share what I would reach for at different stores (Bougee or budget). I feel like there are so many reels telling you what NOT to eat and while that can inform (all about that) it can also cause food fear so I’m here to help you start looking for those good things and in turn, hopefully you’ll avoid the harmful stuff! 😉 Starting off at No Frills - I was pretty impressed by their organic section, “health foods” aisle and frozen fruit! I try to stick to the outer skirts of any grocery store and avoid boxed, processed, snacks/foods that are the inner aisles.
