I’m Stephanie Jolly (I can thank my husband @nealjolly for that awesome last name) and for our amazing #GracieSelah (our almost 2-year old daughter). Sharing our fertility journey online (when i’d usually be sharing our travels or lifestyle content) opened me up to a community of incredible women. Soon after I began healing my body and learning more, I wanted to dive deeper into how I could help others do the same. Last year I decided to go back to school (remotely) and pursue holistic nutrition. There was definitely a shift in me as I began learning, healing, growing and becoming a mother in the last few years that made me want to empower and support other women to balance their hormones and heal through nourishment. I especially have a soft spot for postpartum mothers and it’s actually an area I’d love to focus on even more when I am certified.
