My top 4 supplement recommendations!

1. Protein powders - these aren’t necessary and you can totally get your protein from wholesome food sources however I find it convenient to have the powders on hand for those days when you’re in a rush and don’t have the time!

2.Daily Multi-vitamin and probiotics. These packets have everything you need in one including EFAs, fruit and veggie caps and coQ10!

3.Greens powder. Most of us don’t eat enough veggies and this thing has the kitchen sink in it to ensure you’re getting all of your micronutrients!

4.Digestive Enzymes! I can’t recommend these enough if you’re someone who tends to feel bloat or indigestion after meals. Just take 2 with water before your meals.
