You don’t have to do BJJ for this exercise! This drill/exercise is amazing not only for jiujitsu but also for your CORE!

You want to make sure you flare your elbow out and then transition to posting on your hand. Keep your core tight and engaged. I’ll post another angle on my stories so you can see it from another view.

Try 15 reps each side for 3 sets!
