Celebrate the 20th anniversary of our affiliation with Rhizome (@rhizomedotorg) during their annual benefit recognizing the New Museum’s Toby Devan Lewis Director, Lisa Phillips, and Rhizome’s founder, artist Mark Tribe, who stewarded the partnership in 2003.

Generative art is a core thematic focus of the evening, with three artist honorees—Rafaël Rozendaal, Lillian Schwartz, and Ix Shells—that use computation as a central aspect of their creative practice. The benefit inaugurates a new partnership with TRLab in support of Rhizome’s work in the generative art field, including archival efforts and artist commissions.
