I’ve been embracing a life of zen since coming back from Vipassana.

What is a life of zen?

Slowing down
Resting when my body asks
Witnessing the thoughts to ‘do’ to feel I’m accomplishing
Witnessing the idea I need to accomplish
Allowing whatever emotion is wanting to come up to come up, without clinging or aversion
Witnessing the judgements the mind makes about myself and all things
Meditation at least once a day, I am for twice 💫🙏🏽🤍

I feel the happiest I have ever been and I’m creating the most magic I have ever created.

Your happiness will never lie in a person, a place, a goal or a possession.
