This dish can be used over spaghetti squash or pasta!  Ingredients:  1 Spaghetti Squash (if you are using) or pasta  2 TB Grass fed butter (or ghee)  1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery cut up and put in food processor (if you don’t have you can finely dice)  1 garlic (pressed)  1lb grass fed ground beef or bison  1/2 - cup coconut milk (full fat)  3oz tomato paste (add more to taste)  Sea salt and pepper to taste   ✦ Preheat oven to 375F    ✦ Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise so that two shallow halves remain. Scoop the seeds and inner portion of the squash, and then sprinkle with sea salt, and black pepper. Place both halves face down on a baking sheet. Roast for 35-45 minutes- until the flesh of the squash becomes translucent in color and the skin begins to soften.     ✦ While the squash bakes: Cut up the onion, carrot, celery and throw in food processor (or finely dice). Note: Feel free to add more of each for additional flavor!   ✦ In a large skillet over medium-heat, melt the butter or ghee, and sauté the onions, carrots and celery until they become translucent. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.    ✦ Add the ground beef and cook until browned through. Once the meat is done, add the coconut milk, tomato paste and simmer over medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes or until the sauce is well combined.    ✦ Add sea salt and black pepper (or any seasonings you like) to taste before removing the sauce from the heat.    ✦ With a fork, easily separate from the “noodles” that make up the inside of the squash.    Serve the bolognese over the roasted spaghetti squash or  pasta & ENJOY 😋」8月18日 7時03分 - stacykeibler
