He hopes to show viewers he’s much more than a “grandzaddy.” Turner spent 43 years married to his high school sweetheart, Toni, who died in 2017. Their two daughters, Jenny and Angie Warner, are fans of “The Bachelor” and had encouraged him to apply for the spinoff during a period of loneliness in 2020.
