Former rave organizer Andrew Gallagher, who's made a load of money merchandising Banksy's artwork, has launched a defamation case against Banksy's company, Pest Control Limited.

The codefendant in that legal action is 53-year-old Robin Gunningham, the man supposedly pictured in the photograph above.
