In fact, he says web3 and the “open metaverse” are only in their infancy and investing in their development has the potential to benefit everyone. In this future-focused TED Talk, he explores how individual digital ownership could change our relationship to everything from data privacy to platforms like the one you’re using right now — and even our relationship to capitalism itself. “All the data that we generate today ... should be paying us an income.
