To serve : Marshmallows (vegan) (optional) METHOD Mix the cocoa powder and agave syrup together in a bowl or mug, using a fork to make a smooth paste with no lumps. Stir in the vanilla extract. To thin out the chocolate paste, stir in 3 tablespoons of the milk and mix with the fork until well combined. Now transfer the chocolate paste into a large saucepan. Using a wooden spoon, gradually stir in the remaining milk. Place over a medium heat until it is warmed through and just starting to come bubble.
