Here you can see me powering through a gruelling ramp test on the watt bike, with the target power requirement increasing every minute, delving deep into critical power delivery, power distribution, and my functional threshold power (FTP) until I was completely spent! Off the bat, out of season and with no cycling since October 2022 I crushed it with an FTP of 315 watts, shocking @irondoctorhaz with my baseline level. For me, this is just the beginning. With dedication and hard work, I'm gearing up to repeat the test and track my improvements to hit that never before seen and truly elite level 400. To cap off the session we hit the pavement for a much needed 1-hour run, clearing out the lactate and building that essential aerobic base. Right now I'm feeling fuelled, challenged and more determined than ever. Here's to pushing boundaries, breaking records, and embracing the journey toward greatness.
