For a non-genetically blessed booty girl, I gotta put in the work 💪🏼 it’s been about 18 months of consistency and I can definitely see and feel the results (and apparently so can @adam.m.dunne 😉)…growing muscle takes time, especially for me, so I’m proud of how far I’ve come. And having to buy new shorts and skirts is definitely proof that we gettin’ some gainzzzz 🍑🍑🍑

Here’s a typical booty focused weights sesh I do in the gym 🍑 The exercises are mixed up each time (I’ll do a full YT vid on what specific movements I always include), but the key is always hitting glutes from all different angles and a variety of exercises 😊 This set includes some more unique exercises you might not have tried…

THE WORKOUT

1. LANDMINE DEADLIFT
3 x 6reps @ 50kg (explosive up phase)
2 x 3reps @ 70kg

2. ELEVATED LUNGE SNATCH
3 x 6reps @ 10kg

3. ECCENTRIC STEP LOWER
3 x 6reps @ 10kg (slow lower)

4. SL HIP THRUST
3 x 6reps @ 12.5kg
