陸上自衛隊は、米比海兵隊との共同訓練（カマンダグ）に参加しています。災害救援訓練における総合訓練を実施し、ボートを使用した患者後送訓練等を通じて、日米比の相互運用性を向上するとともに、同盟国・同志国との関係強化を図り、自由で開かれたインド太平洋の維持・強化に寄与しています。

JGSDF take part in ‘KAMANDAG`. JGSDF conduct comprehensive disaster relief training including casualty evacuations with the use of boats. During this exercise, we enhance interoperability between Japan, U.S. and the Philippines and strengthen relationships with allies and like-minded countries, and contribute for maintaining and strengthening a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
