Hi hello, it is officially soup season here and nothing pairs better with a soup than a crusty bread or a baguette. Add a candle and a glass of wine and you can pretend you’re a traveler at a medieval tavern, seeking refuge from the cold for the evening while the stablehand tends to your horse. Or is it just me that does that?

ps : I tried to shoot this with a day old baguette and did in fact have to turn it into some particularly good croutons instead, as evidenced by its stiffness here. 🥖
