🎙️Talk and book signing with @richardkalvar in London
On November 28, to celebrate the release of his new publication, Selected Writings, Richard Kalvar will be showcasing a collection of images from the book – from the 1960s to the present day.
In Selected Writings, Kalvar makes language visual, capturing the written word in the social landscape. "I’ve been particularly drawn to conversations and other attempts, not always successful, at spoken communication," says Kalvar.
"But another form of human communication has always been lurking in the background for me, the written word, expressed on public signs, graffiti, gravestones or t-shirts. I have put my images of them together, and am pleased to offer you my Selected Writings.”
