Ditching alcohol has without a doubt been the best thing I’ve done for myself, my mental health and my general well-being.
Becoming alcohol-free has really started me on a journey of self-discovery, I’ve learnt so much about myself, my strengths, and weaknesses. This self-awareness has been invaluable and I’m more focused on building a life I love. By removing alcohol, I’ve been able to focus on feeling my best, overcoming challenges and building deeper connections - you never know those connections might open doors to opportunities you could have never imagined!! ☁️💫
