It’s hard to keep up with all the different tips and tricks that are constantly being recommended on social media. It can feel like alot! For me, I’ve got my own set of 5 non-negotiables that I swear by to maintain my health and well-being.

1. Daily Movement - whether this is a class, a gym session, a 10 minute yoga at home or a walk to the park with the girls.

2. Nourishing Foods - 5 a day & protein always! 🍓🥦🥕🥝

3. Meditation - I try to wake up before the girls to get this done first thing 🧘🏼‍♀️💫

4. Journalling - getting my thoughts onto paper is always healing at the end of the day 🫶🏻

5. Quality time with my loved ones - sadly not always achieveable everyday but at least once per week 💗

Daily movement keeps me energised, nourishing foods fuel my body, meditation brings peace to my mind, journaling helps me reflect and grow, and quality time with loved ones fills me with happiness.
