조금 늦은 크란 월드컵 포스팅 ☺
늘 숨이 막혔던 경기장의 분위기와 루트 스타일, 2011년과 12년에 했던 우승 이후, 포디움에 한번도 서지 못했을만큼 항상 너무 어렵고 힘들게만 느껴졌던 크란 월드컵.
첫째날 예선과 준결승을 하면서 컨디션이 좋다고 느꼈지만 항상 결승전에서 고배를 마셨고,
마지막 대회에서 잘해야한다는 부담감, 열심히 준비한만큼 잘하고싶다는 기대에 미치지 못해 속상했던 기억에
'이번에도 또 결승전에서 어렵겠지만 못해도 되니까 그냥 하자, 까짓거 그냥 해보자' 라는 마음으로 이번만큼은 모든 생각을 다 비우고, 천천히 내등반에만 집중하며 오르기 위해서 노력했던것 같습니다.
지금도 크란에서의 결승전을 떠올리면 마음이 두근되네요. 스스로 충분히 만족한만큼의 좋은등반으로 준우승을하고, 리드랭킹과 컴바인랭킹을 2위로 마무리 할수있어 정말 행복하고 감사했습니다.

Throw back to the Kranj world cup which was the last world cup of the season, it has always been the most difficult competition for me.
The qualification was really tough, but I made it to the semi-final. I felt that I was in a good shape as I was sending the semi-final route. However, I have always been struggling in the final in Kranj since my last victories in 2010 and 2011. So I tried to let go of all my desire and pressure.
Even though the final route was not straight forward and I didn't know how to climb it during the observation, I thought to myself, 'Even if I would struggle, let's do this!' ?
I still get so psyched when I think about me climbing in the final. It was just so nice even though I couldn't get to the top. I finished my last world cup with a silver medal and 2nd place in the world ranking for this season. ???
