드디어 2018년 시즌 모든 대회를 마무리 했습니다. ???

아시아선수권대회를 하면서 심해진 어깨통증으로 출국직전 후삼각근 부분파열과 충돌증후근 진단을 받았지만, 마지막 남은 대회 하나 조금만 더 버티자 하는 생각으로 참가했던 차이나 오픈컵,
비록 포디움에는 서지 못했지만 더 심한 부상없이 무사히 끝낼수 있어서 정말 다행인것 같습니다.
그래도 결승전에서 어깨가 제일 괜찮은것 같았는데 한동작 때문에 힘을 다 못쓰고 떨어져서 너무 아쉬웠지만, 대신 현빈이 @min_hyunbin 가 너무 멋있는 등반 보여줘서 대리만족 ☺️함께 출전한 스란이 @han_seuran 솔이 @サ・ソル 종원이 @チョン・ジョンウォン 도 다들 고생많았어 ??❤️

이제 푹 쉬면서 어깨부상 치료와, 긴 시즌을 보내며 조금씩 틀어진 몸의 전반적인 밸런스를 다시 잡는데 집중하도록 하겠습니다.

태릉입촌 훈련과 아시안게임, 세계선수권대회, 연이어진 월드컵들로 어느때보다 더 지치고 길게 느껴졌던 올 한해 시즌이었고, 무엇보다 컴바인 종목을 본격적으로 준비하고 참가하는데 있어서 정말 많은 심리적,체력적인 부담들이 동반해야 했지만, 언제나 주위의 너무 많은 도움들과 응원이 있었기에 무사히 잘 마무리 할수 있었다고 생각합니다. 정말 감사하고 또 감사합니다. ??

Finally I have finished my season this year !! ??

My left shoulder was getting more painful during the Asian Championship, so I went to see a doctor before I went to China. I was diagnosed with a partial tear on back of my left shoulder and impingement syndrome ? So I was hopping that my shoulder would endure little bit longer until the last competition for this year.

Surprisingly I felt that my shoulder was not so painful at the final. However, the outcome was little bit shameful, because my performance was not the best ?
Even though I was not able to stand on the podium this time, I was happy that I finished without any more injury. ?

Now it’s time to concentrate on healing my shoulder and recovering physical balance over all. ?

It was the toughest season with the national team training for the Asian Games, the Asian Games itself, the World Championship, and World Cups... Especially I felt too much pressure, both physically and mentally, from competing in all three disciplines for the combined category.
However, I think I was able to do my best because so many people have been supporting me. I would like to thank all of you!??

But for now, I will have to rest first! ??
