When you center your balance it isn’t so much about strength as it is about trusting your body will take you there. And trusting that if you fall you can get right back up again. The steps: lowering into Chaturanga and bring one leg forward. Weight in the palms of your hands pressing through each finger tip like your grasping the mat. With elbows hugged close into your body at the 90° angle rest your knee on your elbow. Then slowly shift your weight forward and your back leg will lift off the ground. Turn your head to allow space for the body to tip downwards. Go slowly and play with your balance and remember to use your core 💪 I like to hover my ear but you can rest the head on the mat -just be mindful to not put any pressure on the neck.
