GYMNASTICS ABS 💪🏼 Throwing it back to some ab exercises I used to do as a gymnast 🤸🏽♀️ 🙌🏼
The key to all gymnastics exercises is keeping nice tight body tension (squeezing every muscle in your body) and doing FULL range reps...extending and contracting all the way 👌🏼

Try 5-10 of each exercise...and repeat this circuit 2-3 times depending what level you are and how difficult you find the exercises. Stop when you feel your form slipping, QUALITY over quantity always! 😉
▪️1. V UPS
▪️2. CRUNCHES
▪️3. DISH ROCKS
(arms over head advanced option)
▪️4. SIDE LIFTS
(keep your feet squeezed together & ear to bicep)
▪️5. ROLL TO STRADDLE HOLD
(feet lifted = level 1, bottom lifted = level 2, full straddle = level 3)
