Since 2014, our platform @littleafricaparis played a major role in revealing the African contemporary art scene. We were first for example to discover and highlight in #France, the work of the Franco-Cameroonian French artist @fredebami. We have curated art events, promote artists works and this year we are launching a new projects called: #ArtCollab. #ArtCollabbyLittleAfrica is a series of collaborations between artists and our publishing house. After years of exploring this booming market, we realized that at some point fairs/exhibitions/galleries are not the only way for artists to express themselves and that they should depend on these means only. 2020 was a particularly difficult year for us all. I think many of us felt helpless and paralyzed by the chaos around us, so I reached out to pop artist @FredEbami (a long time friend by now) about a collaboration of limited edition prints featuring the inspirational global figures- former US President @barackobama Obama, Madame Vice-President @kamalaharris Harris, and former South African President #NelsonMandela. They are visions of hope and the impact we can make in 2021 and beyond. You can find some of these products already on our eshop. Cultivating and promoting the careers of Afro-diaspora artists in a global manner is part of my mission as well. I hope to also hope to cultivate the next generation of young art collector because exposure equals opportunity.
