Hint: it's not 10,000. Like many of us, @DrJenGunter, host of the TED Body Stuff podcast, wanted to increase her mobility and improve her health through light exercise each day. So she looked into the benefits of walking — and was surprised by what she found. After exploring the walking habits of different cultures, sexes and ages — she realized the right number differs for everybody! But the most important thing? Moving regularly!
