In today’s offering I am honouring today’s super powerful full moon by hitting my own personal release button. For too long I have been afraid of embracing my full self. For too long I have been performing a version of myself I have outgrown. This move has stirred up so much inside me. The last few months I have been living in an agononizing anxious haze, not being able to see all the love and beauty that is all around me. Who even am I away from all the things that feel like home and all the people that have shaped me? Over the last few days the fog has begun to clear, illuminating the ways in which my ego has kept me in a form of arrested development, caught up in things that don’t actually matter, afraid to truly leap towards my most authentic self. There are times in life when something is damaging to us and times where things are supposed to be uncomfortable. It’s important to be able to know the difference. Because change is uncomfortable. It’s hard and it’s scary, but it’s also the only way to shed the old and move towards the new.
