I can’t help but want to get in it. it calls me to it, I greet it and as soon as I get under it my anxieties and worries are somehow washed away and I am once again thanks to mother nature and the いざなのみこと𝑖𝑧𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑚𝑖 𝑛𝑜 𝑚𝑖𝑘𝑜𝑡𝑜 (our shinto goddess of creation) ever so humbly born again. I (softly) urge (nudge) you to try it out some time (or why not today?) in whatever form available, because we may not have the power to control what’s going on on the outside but we can do things to help regulate our nervous system on the inside and this ritual is a great place to start ~ 🌀」1月20日 20時00分 - naomishimada
