It Feels good to feel good!

When I got pregnant with my daughter nothing could’ve prepared me for the physical, emotional and mental toll that spending 12 weeks at the hospital fighting with her for her life would leave on me. On top of the recovery from a C-section and the hormonal change that followed.

For the first two years of her life I was constantly sick. Every time I tried to train again it would floor me for days. I tried to do some high intensity training but would lead to panicked attack 80% of the time.

A lot of people seem confused on why I went all in doing bodybuilding. It was necessary for me to make a change and find a way to train where I can fully control the stimulus. I learned so much about hormones and how to use specific training methodology to optimize results and minimize the damage on my body.

I learn the power of knowing what, when and how much to eat in order to optimize my health and my results. After feeling like I was drowning for over 2 years, I finally see a light at the end of a dark tunnel.

This made me realize that so many women suffer in silence. We get older and our hormones change tremendously. The holiday weight gets harder and harder to lose or we put weight on overnight and are left in the dark wondering what happen. Next thing we do is hurt ourselves even more by over exercising, being in a constant calories deficit , drinking too much caffein, running on stress and munchin on carbs. All shutting down our hormones and promoting a metabolism that runs on glucose. Here is the good news! There is an answer and I’ve been working and obsessing over finding it for the past 2 years. It comes with changing our habits and promoting hormonal balance over everything else.

Eating more fat and better food to help your hormones and detoxified the body and training in a way that promote the benefit of exercising. It’s all about timing and balance! I am beyond excited with the changes I see in my clients and beyond excited about putting together a comprehensive program to help women change their lifestyle so it evolves with them as they age and changes ❤️
