Challenging my 75y/o mum to keep up with me in the gym! She’s so excited to finally have @samsungau #GalaxyWatch5 of her own 🙌🏼 after eyeing mine off for the last few months!

If you’ve followed her story, you know she has been training with me for the last 3 years (after NEVER doing any sort of sport or fitness her whole life!) She has learnt so much about exercise, movement, and her body, it’s so nice for her to have a way to track her progress now (and even have a little extra motivation to hit her step count when I’m not there 😜

We usually finish each workout with a dance and her moves have been getting good after all her research watching shuffling videos! 😅 haha Fully immersed with the #GalaxyBuds2Pro ...She’s got some moves!
